Elementary School Leadership

Elementary school focuses on the basic skills that students need in the early years as they learn how to learn. School Leadership works on enhancing elementary school-based leadership for instructional improvement by assisting administrators in creating and monitoring improvement plans, evaluating teaching staff, and ensuring effective assessment practices to track student progress.

Middle School Leadership

Middle school is designed to build and encourage positive relationships that will provide our students with the tools they need to succeed. School Leadership fosters high academic achievement and equal access for all students, supervises and evaluates middle school principals, guiding purposeful leadership in the school improvement process across the division's middle schools.

High School Leadership

High school programs develop both a strong foundation of general knowledge and skills and specialized competency in areas in which students have particular interests. School Leadership ensures that high school administrators are equipped with the tools, resources, and support they need to lead their schools safely, effectively and promoting the success of all students.

Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching is about more than professional growth; it’s about making a difference for students. By creating space to reflect, take risks, and learn, Leadership Coaches help principals feel supported and confident as they take on the challenges of school leadership.

Student Conduct and Discipline

Building positive relationships, clear expectations, and consistent responses to student behavior are essential to creating safe and supportive schools. The Office of Student Conduct and Discipline partners with school leaders, students, staff, families, and community partners to elevate student success, empower students to make positive choices, and strengthen One NNPS through coordinated supports, interventions, and pathways that keep students connected to learning.
