The Chief of Schools provides vital leadership and guidance to all school administrators, leading a continuous improvement process that aligns with the mission and strategic goals of the division. Our focus is on ensuring significant progress in student learning at every school while creating a positive environment where all students can thrive.

Elementary School

Elementary School Leadership

Elementary school focuses on the basic skills that students need in the early years as they learn how to learn. School Leadership works on enhancing elementary school-based leadership for instructional improvement by assisting administrators in creating and monitoring improvement plans, evaluating teaching staff, and ensuring effective assessment practices to track student progress.

Middle School

Middle School Leadership

Middle school is designed to build and encourage positive relationships that will provide our students with the tools they need to succeed. School Leadership fosters high academic achievement and equal access for all students, supervises and evaluates middle school principals, guiding purposeful leadership in the school improvement process across the division's middle schools.

High School Leadership

High school programs develop both a strong foundation of general knowledge and skills and specialized competency in areas in which students have particular interests. School Leadership ensures that high school administrators are equipped with the tools, resources, and support they need to lead their schools safely, effectively and promoting the success of all students.

Student Conduct and Discipline

Establishing positive relationships and clear expectations for behavior in our schools is vital to creating supportive classrooms and great schools.
